Wickham Park Vets
5 - 2
Senior Vets
Chris Bourlet, Colin Ebdon

A bright crisp Sunday morning so who better for the Vets to visit than Wickham Park. We arrived to find the away dressing room awash with mud from the game the day before. Our new Director of Football back at Farnborough would have been raging into his boots.

Once we''d swept the floor, changed and been told the line up by our illustrious manager we filed out into the sun and waited a full 25 minutes for the Wickham team. Game on and they knew it prompting them to step up the pace and flood the left hand side sending in cross after cross. We conceded another two disappointing sloppy goals amidst the shout of
"Keeper''s" each time as to where this shout was coming from we still do not know... Although a loss again it was still a good performance and a tad improved on last year''s 10 nil thrashing which was followed up with Mark''s gaffe (I nicked a £70 ball from The Warren) in the bar.
